Back on the wagon again! Day 1 of 90.....
So I'm back to working out and trying to take care of myself again. I've been trying to get back into the groove, but started and failed..... or didn't even start. So I have an idea...... I figure if I don't get my normal workout in, I at the very minimum get in 20 mins of aerobic or some sort of exercise in. And to make sure I'm doing enough and making enough progress, I'll post my weight every day. My goal is to get back to 150 in 90 days....... so to start, today I'm at 170.0.......
Hopefully, this will get me into the habit of some regularity with my workouts. And since some well meaning friends will see this, they will also remind me to stay on track. ( Well, hopefully they'll help and be supportive and not become a temptation to eat bad stuff!)
So.... here we go. If all goes well, by the end of March I'll be back into fighting weight before the real warm summer climate hits lol.
Maybe at some point I'll put up pics too to show progress, but for now, I think the numerical reminder will suffice. Here's to working out, throwing up, and getting ripped!!!!
