Week 7

So this week is my "sick" week. Went to work Monday and Thursday this week with my only workout out on Monday at the beginning of feeling pretty sick. So needless to say I don't feel too well about the weigh ins. Got some 167's in but then back up to 168's and 69's. So.......This week maybe better??? Hope so. I played some ultimate frisbee today even though that probably wasn't a good idea. Plus it was cold and kind of drizzly. If being sick could make me lose weight then staying sick wouldn't be so bad lol. Okay, well lets make week 8 a better physical week!
