Week 9

163.8 ! Whoa man, I thought this no carb thing was just a dream but I'm on a good pace for losing 15 pounds in two weeks. Oh to be 150 again.....how I've missed you so. Lol. Anyway, I feel good. Haven't been tired and actually waking up early in the mornings. Was able to do some high intensity cardio yesterday and felt just fine. Don't worry I'll slowly introduce carbs back in when I hit my target weight.
