Week 3
168.4 I suppose that progress. I didn't work out today though lol. I do need to have a much stricter diet. The body for life dieting plan was a bit easier than P90X. Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a perfectionist so I wouldn't have the all or nothing attitude. I'm getting better. Some workout, with some type of food conscious eating is better than doing nothing at all. Lets see if we can make some progress before the 'rest' week that is week 4.....
