Week 6 Day 3

Wow, been really busy this week. Sorry for the lack of update. Well, with the C.O. in town and going out early in the mornings, it's been hard to get a full P90 X work out in. But been able to do something and TRY.... that's loosely try, to watch what I eat.... At 11:50 tonight before going to bed, I'm at 168.2. I'm pretty happy I'm staying in the 60's at least. However, I only ate once today so instead of following my mantra of 'go to bed hungry, wake up thin', I got some food so..... lol we'll see.

Week 5 Day 3

Missed cardio yesterdy since Nick came and hung out for the day. Sall good. Did go karts at fun spot till our eyes bled!!! Okay, they didn't bleed.... but I did get a chance to hit up some abs this morning. Gonna rock climb later so probably gonna be able to get a hit of work out in there too. So yeah, if you're in the Longwood area around 2-3ish....Hit up the Aiguille!

So recovery week was more like set back week. We had our Congregation picnic... I didn't work out every day.... and I gained some poundage back. Hit it hard this morning though. I really need some mind control when it comes to eating lol. I think I need to go back to having a cheat day. We'll see how that goes....

Week 4 day 2

I got two different weights this morning.....167.8, but then to recheck, 168.6. Then 168.6 subsequently thereafter so.... I guess I'll stick with the 168. The goal is still to reach 150 within the next two months. Hard to believe next week is going to be a whole month already. I better start dieting more seriously lol.

Week 4

This week was recovery week. Just been doing some Body for life exercises. Feels like I'm starting over again lol. Oh well. I'm having fun again doing it. Just gotta keep the diet up. I guess I'm feeling better. Don't feel the clothes fitting better.... Maybe a little.... Dunno.. Gonna have to see how it is the next month.

Week 3 day 2

This is kind of crazy..... This morning I'm 167.6. And I didn't even work out yesterday lol. I have been sick though soo....I should be sick more often!!!

Week 3

168.4 I suppose that progress. I didn't work out today though lol. I do need to have a much stricter diet. The body for life dieting plan was a bit easier than P90X. Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a perfectionist so I wouldn't have the all or nothing attitude. I'm getting better. Some workout, with some type of food conscious eating is better than doing nothing at all. Lets see if we can make some progress before the 'rest' week that is week 4.....
