Week 2

Morning weight- 169.4

Got a good work out in today at work. I wanted to do it early in the morning like I used to do before, but didn't get to work here earlier enough. There's so much that goes on during the day that I may or may not have time to do it later. Today worked out though..... Better make sure I get some good sleep tonight so I can work out in the morning.

Day 7

This morning was 169.6 I think??? Kind of did it in a rush. I think from here on out I'll do weekly updates. I didn't get to workout today though. Need to get some rest so I can get my morning workout in when I get to the station tomorrow. I like the morning work outs better. At least I know I have it done for the day.

Day 6

Got half a work out in today before Dinner here at the station. We had steak AGAIN here at work. Oh well, lets see what the scales say tomorrow when I get home. I need to start having more intense workouts though. So that's going to be the new goal for a bit.

Day 5

Did you know your body weight fluctuates between 2-4 pounds a day? This morning I was at 168.8. I work today and tomorrow so I'll be able to check the scale again Tuesday Morning when I get home. We'll see what happens then. Hopefully I'll get some good workouts in between then.

One reason why we are lighter in the mornings is because we lose water weight while we sleep. It's not just going and relieving yourself in the bathroom in the morning. Apparently, we lose some water through sweating during the night and also moisture that escapes during breathing. What's amazing is that it amounts to up to 2 litres a night! So during the night you can lose those 2-4 lbs! Wowzers.

Well, hopefully the fluctuations later on will be in the lower numbers. When I start hitting 166-168 I'll feel happy about progressing. Let's see if we can get that within the next week.

Day 4

So I guess coming home late from RBC and missing my workout set me back to 170.4 this morning. I'm at RBC now and dunno when I'll get my workout in for today. Oh well, I still want to be on track. Hopefully posting the updates will help me to make some time for exercise.

168.6! Wow I survived the massive 17 oz steak dinner last night and lost an lb. or 2! Just gotta keep it up.

For some reason I weighed in at 170.4 this morning. Hopefully tomorrow when I get home from work we'll see a mote favorable result.

Back on the wagon again! Day 1 of 90.....

So I'm back to working out and trying to take care of myself again. I've been trying to get back into the groove, but started and failed..... or didn't even start. So I have an idea...... I figure if I don't get my normal workout in, I at the very minimum get in 20 mins of aerobic or some sort of exercise in. And to make sure I'm doing enough and making enough progress, I'll post my weight every day. My goal is to get back to 150 in 90 days....... so to start, today I'm at 170.0.......

Hopefully, this will get me into the habit of some regularity with my workouts. And since some well meaning friends will see this, they will also remind me to stay on track. ( Well, hopefully they'll help and be supportive and not become a temptation to eat bad stuff!)

So.... here we go. If all goes well, by the end of March I'll be back into fighting weight before the real warm summer climate hits lol.

Maybe at some point I'll put up pics too to show progress, but for now, I think the numerical reminder will suffice. Here's to working out, throwing up, and getting ripped!!!!
